Magnetic Assemblies

The magnetic cup assemblies use a ceramic magnet epoxied in a steel cup. The steel cup comes in nickel, chrome or powder coat finishes. The hole size of the cup can be custom made depending on customer's mounting requirements. There are various sizes of cup assemblies ranging from R-40 to R-80 depending on the holding and pull force required.

Sandwich assemblies can be supplied with ceramic or rubber magnets glued between steel plates. Number of magnets sandwiched between steel plates is determined by the customer's application. Custom assemblies can be made as per customer's application. Channel assemblies are comprised of a ceramic or rubber magnet glued in a U shaped channel. The standard lengths are 1, 2, 4 and 6 inches.
